We stayed here for 1 night before flying back to Australia. We arrived a little early and the lovely Alexa at the front office booked us in. The room was spacious, bathroom a little tight, but the room was very clean. The hotel has security and was very well presented. The breakfast was simple but good. There are eating options within 5 minutes. Would recommend.

Overall, an excellent hotel in a good, quiet location with good, easy parking and very good breakfast. Our room was spacious and well maintained. The shower was excellent.
The only issue we couldn't set the air conditioner to our liking. It was blowing same cold air regardless of the settings. It's great on a hot day but after 30 minutes it's getting too cold and have to switch it off.

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The pool looked fantastic- just a little too cold for a swim. The location close to old Monrovia and shops - very convenient.

The property was in a great location a little bit away from the busy parts of LA. The staff were excellent, especially Justin and Diane. They were very gracious and helpful with our requests and needs during the stay. The room we had was great, the size and amenities offered were excellent.
We were disappointed with the housekeeping who did not service the room as we were informed that they would. We had to go to reception to request fresh towels and the garbage taken out. The reception staff...

My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people.
The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small.
I loved my stay here. Highly recommend.
